Prior to joining Real Estate, Hasina Hason has accumulated over 15 years of experience in key Executive Management and Sales positions in different industries. She worked for various institutions and companies such as University of Minnesota Medical School, Compuware, Life Care Services (Friendship Village) and many others. While holding these positions, Hasina became a seasoned business professional with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, and is proficient at managing multiple complex tasks. Hasina brings the same skills to Real Estate. As a REALOTR, Hasina’s focus is primary Residential Real Estate, although she is well experienced in selling Commercial Real Estate and Land. Hasina also served as a consultant for many local Inland Empire Investors. As a consultant working for Investors, she found distressed properties, conducted evictions and negotiated with tenants to exchange key for cash did Broker Price Opinions, obtained contractor bids, conducted CMA's and listed and sold properties. She also managed purchased REO properties, apartment buildings and single family residences. In addition, she listed and sold the investor’s REOs due to home owners defaulting on their hard money loans.
Aside from her solid sales experience and consulting, Hasina was the Sales Manager of Century 21 Town and Country and is currently a Trainer for new agents at REMAX Champions. She trained new agents in sales and marketing of Residential, Commercial, Land and New Construction sales. She also taught classes in negotiation, detailed counter offer writing and marketing.
Hasina has extensive experience working with home owners in Foreclosure. She has listed and sold many homes in Foreclosure in a timely manner. She has experience in loan modifications and short sales. She has served as a consultant for a Loan Broker Company in Southern California in building their database for a mass mailing to home owners in Foreclosure soliciting them for rescue loans based on their LTV. In addition she is an approved REO Agent for LoanResolve.
Hasina is part owner and an active Consultant with Sitara Consulting Group, a Sales and Marketing Group serving multiple Fortune level companies, such as Perot Systems, Accenture, Persistent Systems, NEC, WTC and NewMark Realtors.
